What is the Cypher AI Marketplace?
The Cypher AI Marketplace is a catalog of outside lab services, such as sequencing, immunoassays and bioanalytical work, that labs order and track inside Cypher. As of September 23, 2026 it lists 39 services from 17 providers. Browsing needs no account.
How do I order a lab service through Cypher?
Open a service on the Cypher AI Marketplace, fill in the provider's order form and submit it. Services with a listed price are ordered at that price; others go to the provider for a quote, which you accept or reject. Status, messages and delivered files then sit on one order page shared with the provider.
Does ordering on the Cypher Marketplace need a paid plan?
No. Ordering needs only a free Cypher account. Labs pay providers directly, by purchase order, card or invoice, and Cypher takes no payment from labs.
What does Verified mean on the Cypher Marketplace?
Verified means Cypher reviewed the provider and lists the checks it completed, such as the legal entity and a video call. It confirms who the provider is. It does not endorse their results or promise a turnaround, and not every provider has it.
What does a provider see when I order?
The provider sees the order form fields you submit, the files you attach and your contact details. Nothing else from your Cypher workspace is shared, and Cypher does not use your data to train AI models.
How much does it cost to list services on the Cypher Marketplace?
Listing is free. Cypher charges providers 5% of each completed order, on the agreed price, and invoices at the end of each billing period. Quotes and inquiries are free, with no caps or minimums.
How does a CRO or core lab become a Cypher Marketplace provider?
Create a free Cypher account and a team, then book the 15-minute onboarding call with the Cypher team, which is required before going live. After the call, set up your storefront with your services, prices and turnaround, and publish.
Our CRO isn't on the Cypher Marketplace. Can they still send us data?
Yes. The CRO can list its services on the Cypher AI Marketplace. Or, on Pro and Enterprise, your admin can give the CRO an upload-only key that adds files to your team and can't read anything.
